catering

Choosing a caterer was by far the most difficult task in planning our wedding.  We must have talked to everyone on the island!  We were looking to have a Asian/Hawaiian influenced meal that was different from your "typical" wedding food.  Below are some caterers we considered:
  • Indigo's (our 1st choice, but was booked for our date)
  • The Catering Connection
  • Pacific Rim Catering (associated with Sam Choy's)
  • Cater to Me
  • Elite Catering
After a lot of thought and many menu drafts, we decided to go with Elite.  They helped us come up with a menu that we loved, and at a price that was very reasonable compared to the others.  We are going with their action stations.
